Unfazed by violence, over 3,000 appear for UPSC exams in Imphal

Sources said 4,051 candidates had registered for UPSC prelims in Imphal but after UPSC provided them an alternative to choose from exam centres in a few other states, about 700 opted to appear from outside Manipur.
